scantronic 9800 alarm a reply will be given thanks?

Howdy, I own a pub/ pool hall upstairs and I'm having trouble with alarm going off at early hours in the morning when I arrive there I either have zone 2 3 or 5 that have caused an alarm zone 2 is the main pub room zone 3 is the basement and 5 is the landing it's mainly zone 2, now first can I just say everything on the alarm works the two big old bell box's outside work fine very loud with a red flashing l.e.d on both strobes work great and the old sirens the battery was replaced off a friend 3 years ago ive powered it down but the bell box's started to sound one still very loud but the other was much quieter so I put it straight back on but it still hasn't sorted the problem now feel free to disbelieve but I have been told Los rro stories about the pub being haunted hence it being a Victoria grade 2 listed building just a thought to why it keeps happening ha

I've been told off a few people who know little it's a good panel and the outside box's shouldn't be working due to there age so I'd like to keep it running any answers will be much ky appreciated

when the pirs fall below a certain voltage they will go open circuit is what I meant to say. (keyboard error)

when was the battey last replaced in the main alarm panel? I would recommend you get a new battery 12v 7ah is the correct size.

The faulty battery in the panel will be dragging the voltage down on the rest of the devices on the system. when the pirs fall below a certain they will go open circuit and alarm (I am guessing zones 2,3 and 5 are motion detectors).

replace the battery in the panel.
