how to fix it?

i replaced the heating element in the owen.when i turned the power back on the element works but the owen will not turn off when the grill is on

WHat oven? Make? Model? It sounds like you may have reassembled the wiring incorrectly but, until we know more, all we can say for a fault with "an oven" is there's "something wrong"
