beko wm 74135w stops sfter about 10 seconds?

I cleared the bottom filter of a bra wire & cotton. I reset the machine by holding in the start button for 5 seconds. if I put the machine on any program after about 10 seconds the machine stops, the lights stay on but nothing happens. any idea?please
