how do I replace the two bulbs in the refrigerator installed opposite each other?located in ceiling of fridge behind a hinged drop down plastic cover.

This is an odd question Mike - I wonder just what's stopping you?

Drop the flap - unscrew the lamps (anticlockwise) inspect the rating - buy replacement lamps - screw them in and close the drop down flap.

You do not say what the problem is.
