My Nissan micra e 53 plate keeps cutting out parents said sounds like the tick over is to low but these cars don't have the nut to turn it up all the lights come on on the dash board and the rev counter dips to low

There are no adjustments on modern motors nowadays,everything is controlled by sensors/ECU`s etc,you could try servicing the veh, ie filters/plugs and also a fuel conditioner may be worth a go but if no better it will need to go onto the correct computer for a look at faults registered and what each sensor is doing during and up to warm up,good luck.
