How to fix Stannah 420 chairlift; won't move down on track?
Stannah 420 chairlift is stuck in the top of the stairs position. Power Light is on but chair won't move down the track using the control on the chair or the remote on the wall. I cleaned copper contacts already to remove any debris that might have been on the track.
