My drive belt motor is jammed how do I free it up it is a simpson 5kg dryer

Are you sure the motor has seized up? I have been repairing Simpson washing machines & dryers for years & never seen a Simpson motor seize up. If it has throw the motor away & look for a 2nd hand dryer someone is throwing out or selling for cheap & swap the motor.
