Hi ive had an engineer out twice which initially seemed to solve the problem, first it was the overflow tank had filled up which he tipped the machine over and out came the water. worked for a few days and then he came back and sods law worked fine while he was there and guess what yes youve got it..now the water doesnt come in properly and doesnt clean the pots properly.., any suggestions anyone
