lg gr359sq freezer fan blowing cold air but freezeer not freezing?

Hi . My LG GR359SQ fridge freezer got a fault few days ago.Fridge section is working fine buy freezer is not freezing anything but keeping them very cool. Fan is working and blowing cold air.and all the seals are intact.ccould you please provide solution. thanks
