my fishel paykal is not spinning and draining. water will come out if take house out of drain and hold straight down.

It will not spin until completely empty of water. You have a problem with the drain pump. Usually a blockage of some sort. You need to take the pump out & check for any blockage. If all clear and it still wont drain then you may have a faulty pump.
