wet floor? vauxhall vectra2005?

wonder if anyone can help, ive had the same problems as everyone else wet floor in passenger side ive removed the rubber drainage bung dried all the floors bone dry.its rained today and the floors are soaked again.any help please tx or call 07999307347 thanks
