Hi we have a flavel aspen 100 range cooker tonight the appliance seems to be lacking in power.

The oven doesn't seem to be getting as hot as normal the red light is staying on also we tried the grill and it also seems to be not getting as hot as it should. Looking at the element it doesn't look as red as normal

Any ideas
