how can I fix my ryobi RLT30 CESA grass trimmer?

fuel tank cap tightly closed but petrol keeps dripping quite quickly from somewhere.

It's a matter of observation. Nobody here can see where the fuel is spilling out.

Recently the fuel lines (3 of them) on my little tiller perished - air was being sucked into the carb instead of petrol.

Tip your machine on its side and see what happens - then tip it on the other side.

Look carefully to the fuel lines and any priming bulb - they're easy to replace.
