Hi. The AX100 is a great machine. One of my favs. The printer is super reliable unlike some other low end machines I could name #$%$#! The most common reason is the wrong paper. Make sure it is 57mm thermal paper. Width is important as it will not activate the paper sensor if it is too narrow. Make sure you are feeding the end of the paper into the slot at the back of the printer. If you hold the feed button as you insert it, it should start to feed. If not, you may have a printer problem but it is very rare. Give it a try.
