Samsung RSH5SBRS american fridge freezer fan?

My fridge freezer compressor has been running for 24hrs and does not turn off as usual. Having taken the back off the fan is not turning when the compressor is going. Anyone know how to fix?

Check the fan is free to rotate. If stiff, check for obstructions.

Check there is power to the fan when it is supposed to run.

WD40 may help if the bearings are gummed up but get a few fan on order.
