Renault megane 2004 clutch?

We just bought the car within minutes clutch went on the motorway and all engine management lights came on managed to get home turned off restarted and pulled clutch pedal and it was ok but we're scared to use it and the doors won't lock should we take it back for a refund

If you bought it from a dealer, take it straight back for a warranty repair
