how do you fit a cam belt for a 2 litre 16 valve ford cougar, do you have to take engine out

quite a big job for an amateur.best bet is to buy a haynes manual for it or get one for another model with the same engine. if ur not sure dont do it, get it wrong and u might live to regret it damaging the engine internally (valves).
