I need to switch off my electricity supply to have some repairs done. I am unable to disarm my alarm, therefore it rings continually when the power is off. I was never given a master code and the company that normally serviced the alarm are no longer in business. The manufacturers have also gone out of business.

you need to replace the battery inside the control panel,this will power the system while the mains is off,turn mains off before opening the panel,replace battery close panel then press reset it norm takes 24 hours for battery to reach full charge
