central locking wont lock?

hi I have a 2006 ford focus c max the central locking will unlock but it wont lock the doors it tries but just bounces back also the indicators work but the green arrows don't flash and the hand brake light is continuously on please help if you can john

Try flooding it with WD 40 through the key hole, it worked for me.
