My washing machine Bosch is coming up with f17

Yes I did but just wondered if anyone had the same prob and could tell me in plain English, sorry if being dumb but I am a 67 year old widow with no one to help pull out the machine, so really no need to be sarky you must have a Nan, Mum!!!!!!!!!

Inlet valve error detected

Check water supply to the washing machine is on
Check fill hose is not kinked
Check inlet valve filter
Check water inlet valve
