My simpson 751 Enduro washing machine will not spin dry?

My simpson Enduro 751 washing machine will not spin dry. It will go right through a cycle without spin drying.

Check the following: 1. Is it draining the water? It will not spin until empty. 2. Is there a switch on the panel that says Drip dry & normal? Make sure it is on normal. 3. Can you hear the brake releasing & if you lift the lid you should hear it reset.
