Ariston A1324 only pulling in cold water since move?

Just moved and since then our A1324 only pulls in cold water no hot, have checked all the electrical connections inside and have checked the temp change switch and the resistance changes , we really can't afford to buy a new machine, anyone any ideas what could be the issue ?

Alas have now tested the solenoids and all checks out ok, the machine is just not applying power to it to cause it to draw in hot water

My idea is this - the solenoid valve that lets in the heated water is defective - our washing machine is only connected to a cold supply - there's a heating element that produces the hot water.
