my near side brake caliper will not go back in place it is turning ?

near side brake caliper will not go back in place it is turning but it will not move can any one help

the piston needs to be wound back in aat the same time as applying pressure as you would on the front. not easy on your own but there is a tool that you can buy from ebay which will do the job single handed. trust me its an investment as so many cars now have this type of caliper and you can always rent it out to diy mechanics. hope this helps

Front caliper? Rear caliper? On some motors and models usually the n/s rear can be wound in a/clockwise and depending on what model all are wound in the same way,it depends what you have,the fronts usually press in.
