I took my door lock mechanism out and promptly got a error code DS and I know what it means but I need to remove it. Don't need it for a top loader. Snip this and that? and snip that and this? Please help

You sir need to pull your head out of your AZZ. Stop spreading ideas like this? You apparently haven't seen the thousands of posts and/or how to bypass youtube videos? Not one for the Samsung though! I will be the first to submit one. I wonder if it pays good? HMMM
I apologize and feel for anyone who has been hurt or God forbid something worse but that will not be an issue in my house so I am not concerned of safety only my wifes well being

Replace the door lock mechanism which is there FOR SAFETY! Not just yours but people who matter as well

If you want to snip something, snip your vas deferens and stop the spread of ideas like that
