I have an lf 45. All was well till I turned the engine off to refuel. When I tried to start it it just kept turning but wouldn't start any ideas please

common with LF is the chip in the key becomes dislodged.this will cause the symptoms described.Carefully open the key up over a piece of white paper and put chip back in its clip.
I have seen keys with no chip in at all where the keys have been dropped and opened themselves up,the driver not realising that the chip has fallen out picks the key up and shuts it up.
In this case you need Daf out to program a new key to your lorry.

try priming fuel system with hand primer on filter.if it fires and stops. the fault will be the shaft that drives lift pump has sheard.
only option new/recon injection pump as lift pump
shaft is part of pumpshaft.
you can take lift pump off to check little awkward has to be done from below. drive is to small for the job it does
