CooperMenvier alarm 9448+ Fault?

I hope you can help me with this problem I have. I have a 9448+ Menvier system, the 12vac fuse had blown The system has not been touch for at least 5 weeks and the battery is very low in charge? I have replaced the fuse and the system activated inside only, put user code in the alarm stopped? Now the green LED light is flashing but very dim. Will this resume normal operatios after 18 Hour charge.

nope the green light is a mains failure indicator could be a duff transformer check to see if the plastic that holds it in place is deformed,if it is the you could be looking at a new panel check voltage at the blue leads going onto the pcb remove the plug from the pcb first you should get 17 .5 volts you may get away with a new trannie ,but i doubt it,hope this helps
