zanussi TDS 382W tumble drier not heating. Can anybody help?

Zanussi drier was heating but seems to now be blowing tepid air and clothes are still wet after 80mins plus in drier. Drier about 14 months old, not used much until now.

Its probably just the thermostats.. there's usually 2 of them located on the rear of the machine..(note.. I'm not familiar with your machine but i think they all work on the same principle though)
Normally cost about £17 for the pair... replace both. Take a pic that shows wiring position... 2 wires into each stat... it really is simple.
Hope this helps.. I've just replaced mine on a Hotpoint and it took 15mins to do and I've never done anything like this before.. :-) if i can help anymore just post on here...
