Ok if pump is running then it definitely sounds like the flood switch problem. Turn the power off at the wall. You need to remove the front lower kick panel. It has a hidden screw with a phillips head on each side of the panel -access from below the panel. Use either a short phillips screwdriver or tip the machine back far enough to get a longer screwdriver up there. Once that panel is off, then remove the next panel which just slides up & out. Then there should be a piece of foam rubber. Take that out. Inside the opening at front you will see drain pump, behind that and to the right is a polystyrene float & the switch. Check for water. If water in there dry it out. If no water & all dry check that polystyrene is right down on the tray. Make sure power is off before putting hand in there. Some of those wires are live even when it is not actually running.
