I have a Hygena AHY8102?

I have a Hygena AHY 8102/1. It won't drain> can you tell me what the problem maybe?

It might be a lemon pip!

Food debris can collect under the impeller blade that removes the water and cause it to stall.

Bail out the water right down to the bottom - remove the filters and at the very bottom of the sump you will find the drain pump impeller under a plastic cover held in place by a single Torx screw.

Remove the cover and clear the debris - tweezers might help.
The impeller should move with a bit of magnetic resistance.

Of course it might be a defective pump motor or control electronics - hope that it's just a lemon pip.

Good Luck..., January 2016
