Ignition not working?

hi , i have a free standing fully gas double oven cooker, and the igniter has stopped working , i have gas flow to all rings and grill [ in top oven ] but both ovens no gas flow, fuse ok and oven light working. is it likely to have battery somewhere for the igniter as i looks like bottom panel on bottom of cooker looks fixed.

thanks

Tell you what. You tell us what the make and model of your oven is and we'll have a quick web search, find the manual, have a quick read and post a reply with the information you need and a sarcastic comment about how you couldn't be bpothered to do a simple search for yourself.

Alternatively, you could search for the particular make and model of your oven, find the manual, have a quick read and feel smug that you have found out what you need all by yourself.

Thinking about this a little further, if your cooker has a fuse (and plug) then why is it likely to have a battery powered ignitor?

You could check - say - espares.co.uk for a replacement ignition transformer fo ryour make and model cooker, after checking the switch is working OK.

Just a thought, of course.
