my fridge doesn't seem to be cold enough so just wondering what could be causing this

You haven't said what make & model it is. It could be a number of things causing it. Faulty thermostat (if it has one) faulty sensor or control board (if it has that set up) Ice build up in vent between feezer & fridge cabinet or low on gas. Call a repair company.
