Peugeot 206 seat is rocking back and forth ?

My partners cars driver seat has been rocking back and forth. Not sliding but rocking. It stays in the same latch for how close it is to the wheel but rocks. The other day, my partner found a broken bolt but he cannot find where it came from. Any suggestions?
