Not sure you need pictures and I guess you are in the US but would jack up the rear end, see which corner is giving you problems, be it drums or discs it is the same, get someone to operate the h/brake and watch the cables operating and returning, if it is a drum brake then obviously these will need to be removed to check brake levers/mechanisms are free and operating inside the drum itself, anything seized either replace or free off, it being brakes don`t take chances,just renew.
