I need to descale the shower head of my Triton Rapide 4+. What is the procedure for removing the shower head.

You can soak shower heads in a bowl of vinegar. Supermarket value range Malt Vinegar is nice a cheap.

Put on a shower cap - stand on a towel - unscrew it anticlockwise - clean with Viakal an old toothbrush and a cocktail stick.
