Four wires and two connectors is a difficult problem to solve - are the wires in pairs? as in each pair clearly going off to the same place...

And where do the wires go off to?

And does the rewind assembly actually need electrical power?

Are the connectors you talk of some kind of device or just for electrical connection - a junction point?
