My bernina 801 sewing machine needs help!?

The foot pedal needs fixing and the machine itself seems to be stuck even when trying to turn by hand. I love this machine help!

you did not say what is wrong with footcontrol,also when last was machine cleaned and oiled,did you check around hook area if maybe there is cotton stuck between moving parts,if you not technical best to take machine to techno depending where you live
