How can I fix my shark intell-sew model9110. I have same proble of bobbin?

I have top thread is green &bobbin thread is sky blue. When I start stitching the bottom part of cloth has bundle up green thread. It make diff. Noise when that threat bundles up.

Find the manual and check. If you don't have the manual you may be able to find one online. Use Google search
