My Eurosec alarm is showing lockout then can't set use 2441 any suggestions please

I'm assuming alarm is a Cpx control panel. If so its set up for anti code reset, not user. Quote code to your installer, he will give you a code to then reset system (if your lucky) then get him to set panel to master code reset, unless there is a good reason it's set for anti code!
