I have water pouring out my draw the water isn't going down to the machine

the detergent has gone hard in the tubes, you could try boiling water into the drawer, but be carefull pouring it in, or you could try bleach into the drawer, if not you will have to unscrew the top off the machine with it unpluged, to get at the tube and unblock it,
