Bosch WFB 1605 can't flush down washing powder?

there is a drawer to put in the washing powerder...but it won't flush down the washing powder...and i need to manual to do it...any solution?

hi a quick solution is to use in the drum tablets
the main problem with these is the water fill valves that go faulty
