where is the jack on my renault clio?

where is the jack on my 2001 renault clio?
Declan, December 2006
if its the new shape clio with the non rounded headlamps (i.e. Mk2 ph2) the it should be in the spare wheel in the boot under the load liner.

ALL CLIO OWNERS (MK2 from 1998-Present, eg. Mk2 Ph1 1998-2001, MK2 Ph2 2001-2005 and Campus)

Also beware mk2 Clio jacking points are liable to bend as the bodywork at the sill is too weak and the jack a design fault whereby the flat plate of the jack goes onto an adjacent sill metal, this cannot take the weight of the car and will bend (particualy OS front one), avoid the damage and buy a trolley jack.
