hotpoint washing machine saying h20?

machine is not taking water in have checked for kinks in hose etc. timer is still working.

Nothing to do with water valves. This is a very common main module fault. We stock them ready-programmed at our site at www.emwelec.co.uk If you need help fitting it, go to youtube and put H20 and the model number of your machine in the search box

H20 is the chemical expression for water.

A common failure on washing machines is a defective water inlet solenoid valve - it can stop working - the external water hose connects to it - they are inexpensive and easy to change.
