Could be either a water inlet valve not shutting off properly or the water level sensor not working. Check the inlet valve first by starting a wash cycle. While the water is flowing in press the timer knob in to stop the machine. The water should stop flowing immediately. If it doesn't stop or hesitates before stopping then the valve needs replacing. Try it several times to be sure. If valve is ok then look at the fill sensor. Take panel off the front (I think this model has a front panel) Locate the air tube going from the side of the tub up to the control panel (near the back of tub) Make sure it is firmly in place on the tub & has no holes or splits in it that would allow air pressure to escape. If that is okay then I would say that the water level pressure switch inside the panel is faulty but I doubt you will get parts like that now. They are no longer available.
