central locking?

I have a rover 45 x reg and the central locking does'nt open the drivers door other doors unlock fine, I have to use the key for the drivers door any idea's anyone?

Wiring fault where cables flex near hinge or failed lock solenoid.

May be possible to fix but you need to get in there and look carefully.
