I can't get the Plastic Primer bulb to prime. Looking in the fuel tank I can see bubbles every time I press the primer. Took the top off, the diaphragm membrane looks intact. Hooked up a Syringe to a fuel tube to the inlet of the Carby with the primer assembled and I can't get fuel to enter the carby. Any ideas what's the probelm. ?
