Hi my wd12xhas stopped mid cycle and won't rinse. I've tried resetting the programme after unplugging the black stopper at the bottom of the machine. No joy. Is there a filter I could check and how do I do that? Thanks Susan

Some (quite a few) w/machines have a rinse hold feature to stop the clothes becoming creased - the machine doesn't stop until its told to finish. It's mainly men who don't understand this.
