my washing machine does spins properly but while washing & rinsing the led indicator blinks but no action occurs please help me

Nameless "Washing Machine" gets you a meaningless "there is a fault" reponse.

If you had told us the make and model and Which "Red inicator" is blinking, we myght have been able to help.

You could actually have done a Google seaarch for - say - "'Make' 'Model' 'blinking'", instead of expecting us to do that for you.

You do not say the make & model... Does water enter the machine? It needs water to wash but not for spinning.
