where to find the model number?

I have also recently bought a Storad storage heater for use in my garage. Unfortunately I am unable to find a model number anywhere on the casing. All there is: FGS STORAD. I also would like to get some user instructions, help anyone please?

By law all appliances should have a rating plate showing - Model - Serial - Voltage - Power Rating - Compliances - Manufacturer.

It will be a sticky label easily seen somewhere on the outside of the heater.

Your rating plate may have fallen off but unlikely.

Search Google images Rating Plate to see what it might look like

Can't find FGS Storad. They may be defunct now. You could do worse than ask these people. Send 'em a photo - they may be able to identify from that.
