Outsid alarm not sounding?

Hi I have done a sound test on my alarm and the internal and external both sound.
But when I set the alarm and it goes off only the internal one sounds,
The outside also sounds if you try to move the outside box cover.

Hi Thanks for your reply’s, I have done the 30 second test and both work as they should.
I have read the instructions but it does not mention anything about the internal or external alarm.
Nothing is showing on the panel saving if internal or external only?

if e mannos sug not work you need check the prog of the panel see if its been set to internal sounders only

Try waiting 30 seconds with the internal alarm sounding then after that duration the outside sounder should sound.

30 seconds is the default setting for what's called a dual ply timer.
