Your best bet is to start with a Google search for "Make" "Model" "Not Spinning" (replacing "Make" and "Model" with the make and model of your machine - which you didn't bother to tell us).
With a bit of luck you should have a few results that point you in the right direction.
Wonderful thing, Google. I wonder why people are so reluctant to use it.
